HOW DO I REACH THE HOTEL?

Bus or train tickets cannot be bought on board. Buy your ticket in advance at stations or R-kiosks or download the HSL application for yourself. HSL day tickets are on sale at the hotel. You can find more information about travel tickets here

CAN I PARK MY CAR AT THE HOTEL?

There are 300 free parking spaces available.

For electric cars there are 4 paid charging points in our parking lot. Places cannot be reserved in advance.

ARE DOGS AND CATS ALLOWED?

Pet rooms are limited and can only be reserved by phone or email from our reception: 09–6138 411 or reception@korpilampi.fi

Our pet supplement is €20.00 / room / stay, maximum 2 pets/room.

WHEN CAN I CHECK IN?

You can check in from 15:00.

WHEN DO I CHECK OUT?

Check-out time is before 12pm.

CAN I HIRE A BIKE?

You can rent from Natura Viva Hotel Korpilammi’s self-employed rental company
By purchasing a Natura Viva season pass from Fatbike,Read more here.
We also rent Fatbikes from our reception to are hotel guests.
Bicycles can only be rented on site, we do not accept advance reservations.

CAN I USE SAUNA & POOL IF I DON´T STAY?

Our sauna and swimming pool department also serves non-staying guests, subject to availability. The charge for sauna, swimming and use of the gym is €12.00 per single visit.

IS THERE A BAR?

The lobby bar is open around the clock, serving alcoholic beverages from 09:00 to 01:30.

The restaurant’s bar is open from Monday to Saturday from 17:00 to 23:00.

IS SMOKING PERMITTED?

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at Hotel Korpilammi. We charge €200.00 for smoking in the rooms.

CHROMECAST

At Hotel Korpilammi, we have chosen Chromecast instead of standard TV channels. Now you can stream your own content from any device.

CAN I ADD AN EXTRA BED IN THE ROOM

The Comfort and Lake room types have a sofa bed that can be used for two children or one adult. The triple room type has three beds.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST A BABY COT FOR THE ROOM?

A travel cot can be provided in the room upon request. The charge is €10.00 per day.

HOW OFTEN IS THE ROOM SERVICED?

If you stay with us for more than one night, we do not automatically do intermediate cleaning. If you would like cleaning, please let the reception know by 23:00 the night before.

IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOMS?

Hotel Korpilammi has central air conditioning.

I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY RESERVATION, WHO DO I CONTRACT?

If you have any questions about reservations made directly through the hotel’s website, please contact our reception at reception@korpilampi.fi. For reservations made through other booking sites, please contact that company.

DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBLE ROOMS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

Hotel Korpilammi has two (2) accessible rooms.

HOW MUCH DOES BREAKFAST COST?

The accommodation price includes a rich buffet breakfast. For non-staying customers, breakfast costs €15.00.

CAN I PAY WITH MY CARD?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as payment methods.

CAN I STORE MY BELONGINGS IN A SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX?

We do not have safes in the rooms, but valuables can be stored in the safe at the reception.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE FRONT DESK?

You can always contact our reception, it is open 24 hours a day.

IS ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Room service is not available in our hotel.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE AN IRON IN THE ROOMS?

The hotel has an ironing room that is open 24 hours.
